A question was posed to me about sweet potatoes. My first thought was plant them like potatoes... wrong. I grow potatoes. And have been successful. Sweet potatoes are more vine like. They can take 4 - 6 months of warm weather to mature. I read they are best propagated by shoots and root at every node. What I love about gardening is... you will never stop learning. I can't answer the sweet potato question. Anyone?
