I planted the perennial herbs (for my grow closet) that take a while to germinate and a good bit of time to mature to a good sized transplant on January 2nd. Here are some pictures 2 week into the process.

Oregano, Thyme, Parsley, Chives, Rosemary, and Lavender above and below. Not bad for 2 weeks out. You'll notice Rosemary and Lavender are very slow to germinate and can take over 21 days to sprout.

Why are these pictures important? At about 2 weeks you should see good activity under your grow lights. These seeds germinated nicely and will be left alone for days at a time. The beauty of this grow closet is (or is that are) the lights are on timers and I bottom water. Right now I only need to water about 1x a week. They are on automatic so to speak. If you don't see progress after 2 - 3 weeks... start over.
