Building a Low Cost Trellis for Beans and Such: Extend Your Garden

I will add is some descriptions later.  Here are the pictures, in order, for building a 5 foot trellis. They have great uses in the garden and extend your garden space by a whole lot. This only cost about $10 to build. I have made three so far.

The Supplies

Rolling Out the Chicken Wire

10 Feet of Chicken Wire

Fold it in Half to 5 Feet

Weave a Bamboo Pole Up Each 5 Foot Side (Like Every 5th Hole)

Two Poles In

Four Poles In

In the Garden

Tie Off the Tops for Added Support

Small Water Melons (Melon Supports Later) Hmm that sounds odd
